What does it mean to have your home cleaned?

Is sanitizing and disinfecting the same thing?

Step 1:
Maids spray surfaces with a cleaning agent to loosen debris.
Step 2:
Maids use microfiber cloths to wipe, capture, and remove loosened debris
Step 3:
Maids spray surfaces with disinfectant and allow enough dwell time to kill bacteria.
Step 4:
After dwell time, maids wipe off any excess disinfectant from surfaces.

How our Enhanced Healthy Home Disinfectant Package works
Step 1:
Maids clean your home to remove dirt and soil from surfaces. This allows the disinfectant to effectively eliminate microscopic bacteria or viruses.
Step 2:
Maids release the disinfectant as a mist in the air of each room of your home or business. We ask that any furniture you wish not to be sprayed be covered with a sheet. Additionally, we ask that all members of the household and pets are clear from each room being disinfected for up to 20 minutes to allow the disinfectant to fall properly.
Step 3:
As the disinfectant falls on surfaces, it destroys airborne bacteria and viruses, and eliminates malodours and allergens.
Step 4:
Once the disinfectant sets on surfaces, it will eliminate any bacteria or viruses that have contaminated the surfaces. Additionally, it eliminates any allergens and mold or mildew.
Step 5:
Maids allow 20 minutes for the disinfectant to dry while falling like a blanket on surfaces and objects. No rinse or wipe is required.
Step 6:
You and your pets can return to the area of your home after 20 minutes.

Additionally, the product remains active after application. The disinfectant is applied to almost all surfaces and objects in your home or business by our Enhanced Disinfection Services method. The disinfectant is released as a mist in the air and as it falls, it destroys airborne microscopic bacteria and viruses. The disinfectant will fall like a blanket onto surfaces, bonding and curing to the surfaces to leave a protective microbe barrier. The protective barrier continues to destroy all harmful germs and bacteria that come into contact with surfaces in your business or home after application, even in between the washing of surfaces. This product is recommended to be applied every 30 days.

Concerned? Worry no more! There are no lab coats or hazmat suits; just simple disinfectant application. There’s no leaving your home or business either. All we ask is that you temporarily vacate each room during application to allow the product to fall to surfaces without disruption. Our staff will wear face masks and gloves during application, not due to the products being used, but rather as an additional health and safety precaution.
